The shortlist for the 2025 THE PLAN AWARD has been officially announced. line+ projects — iFLYTEK AI Headquarters Campus 科大讯飞AI总部园区, Chengdu Luxelakes Blackstone Island 成都麓湖黑石岛, Kimpton Huangshan 黄山洲际金普顿酒店, and Climacool Teahouse 成都太古里东广场阿迪达斯清风茶馆 — have all been successfully shortlisted and will now compete for the final prize.
This year’s award attracted over one thousand submissions worldwide, from which 500 shortlisted projects will contend for the top prize in their respective categories.

Founded by the renowned Italian design magazine THE PLAN, THE PLAN AWARD is an annual international prize dedicated to architecture, interior design, and urban planning. It aims to recognize outstanding projects and foster exchange at the forefront of the industry. The award spans 20 categories, offering architects, designers, and planners an influential platform to discuss critical topics in a global context.

The international jury is composed of 21 leading figures from the fields of architecture, design, real estate, and academia. With diverse perspectives and rigorous standards, the jury evaluates submissions based on innovation, social value, technical excellence, and environmental sustainability — ensuring that the award maintains both high professional credibility and global impact.
