Led by Fanhao Meng, Co-Founder and Chief Architect of line+, the iFLYTEK AI Headquarters campus was conceived through an integrated approach encompassing architecture, interior design, and landscape. Developed through long-term collaboration and a carefully phased construction process, the project has progressed efficiently over two years. Phase I officially opened in September 2024, while the main structural works of Phase II have now been successfully completed. As public spaces continue to expand and the open-sharing system gradually takes shape, the vision of Park X + Campus X + Home X is steadily becoming reality.

Recently, the iFLYTEK AI Headquarters has received widespread recognition across major domestic and international design awards, including First Prize of the Zhejiang Province Civil Engineering & Architectural Society Architectural Design Award, Gold Award of the Global Future Design Awards (GFDA), Silver Award of the International Design Awards (IDA), Honorable Mention at the DNA Paris Design Awards, and Honorable Mention at the Architecture MasterPrize (AMP). These honors affirm the project’s lasting significance in terms of urban value, spatial innovation, and experience-led design.

Designed as the global headquarters for China’s leading AI technology company, the project seeks to express iFLYTEK’s vision of Eastern intelligence and imagination—embracing sunlight and nature, harmony and goodwill, clarity and openness, creativity and inspiration. These values are articulated through three interwoven spatial concepts: Park X, creating an open urban park; Campus X, forming a campus-style workplace that is diverse, efficient, and collaborative; and Home X, shaping a flexible, shared, and boundary-free spatial system where work, life, and experience converge.
In an era defined by rapid advancements in artificial intelligence and accelerating urbanization, corporate headquarters are no longer mere workplaces. They serve as integrated expressions of cultural identity, technological innovation, public value, and social responsibility. Moving forward, line+ will continue to leverage spatial design to support the high-quality development of Chinese enterprises—exploring new possibilities at the intersection of industrial ecosystems, urban transformation, and future workplace models.
